According to the Hartford Business Journal, RJR Realty Associates LLC sold a 27,200-square-foot light industrial building located at 219 Industrial Lane in Torrington for $1.25 million. The property spans 4.85 acres and was purchased by a Waterbury-based LLC. Originally built in 1984, the building last changed hands in 1998 for $1.07 million.
