According to the New England Real Estate Journal, three retail properties in New England were sold for a combined $10,478,600. The transactions included a 9,200-square-foot Napa Auto Parts building on a 0.21-acre parcel at 4 Middlesex Avenue in Wilmington, MA, which sold for $1,378,600. A newly constructed 1,793-square-foot PeoplesBank property at 2815 Main Street in Glastonbury, CT, featuring a drive-thru and ATM, was sold for $3.1 million. Additionally, a two-tenant retail center leased to Chipotle and The Good Feet Store at 1 Sugar Hollow Road in Danbury, CT, totaling 5,156 square feet on 1.2 acres, was sold for $6 million.
