
According to the Hartford Business Journal, Condyne Capital Partners and a Litchfield-based developer acquired the 99,720-square-foot Konica Minolta office building at 500 Day Hill Road in Windsor for $2.7 million through affiliated LLCs. The 20.6-acre site is slated for a major mixed-use redevelopment that includes 300 multifamily units, three new residential buildings, and 18,417 square feet of retail space fronting Day Hill Road.
