
According to the Hartford Business Journal, Woodsonia Acquisitions LLC has submitted a zone change application to redevelop the Enfield Square Mall into a mixed-use project called Enfield Marketplace. The plan involves consolidating seven parcels totaling over 72 acres at the intersection of Elm Street and Hazard Avenue, transforming the largely vacant 662,000-square-foot mall into a site with 342,000 square feet of multifamily housing and up to 296,000 square feet of commercial space.
