According to the Hartford Business Journal, Condyne Capital Partners and a Litchfield-based investor acquired the 99,720-square-foot Konica Minolta office building at 500 Day Hill Road in Windsor for $2.7 million. The developers plan to convert the 20.6-acre site into a mixed-use complex featuring 300 multifamily units, three retail buildings totaling 18,417 square feet, and an added residential wing to the existing 1982 structure.
