According to the Hartford Business Journal, Danbury’s Planning Commission approved Tower Investment Group LLP’s proposal to build a 208-unit apartment complex called Legacy on Main, spanning two buildings at 30 and 34 Main Street. The project includes converting a five-story, 58,000-square-foot office building into 48 apartments and constructing a new seven-story structure.
