According to the Hartford Business Journal, the Wallingford Planning & Zoning Commission rejected Midwood Management Corp.’s proposal to construct three warehouses totaling 414,000 square feet on a 47-acre site spanning 1000 to 1080 Barnes Road. The plan included two 157,000-square-foot buildings and one 100,000-square-foot facility, located just over a mile east of Exit 15 off Interstate 91 near Route 68.
