According to the Hartford Business Journal, JAT Capital Partners LP, through 24 FP LLC, purchased a four-story Victorian-style office building at 24 Field Point Road in Greenwich for $8.25 million. The 11,429-square-foot property, built in 1904 and remodeled in 1995, sits on a 0.41-acre parcel and was previously owned by 24 FPR LLC.
