According to the Hartford Business Journal, 100 Bright Meadows Associates LLC and Enfield Development Associates LLC, affiliates of MB Financial Group, purchased the 65.5-acre former MassMutual campus at 85 and 100 Bright Meadow Boulevard in Enfield for $3.99 million. The developers have applied for a zoning change to convert the site from business regional to a special development district, enabling a mixed-use redevelopment.
