According to the Hartford Business Journal, Real Capital Solutions and Lamar Companies acquired the Stamford Towers office complex at 680 and 750 Washington Boulevard in Stamford, totaling 332,000 square feet across two buildings. The previous owner, had purchased the properties in 2017 for $42 million and $53.7 million respectively, though the current sale price has not yet been disclosed. Built in 1989 and 1990, the buildings sit one block from the Stamford Transportation Center and are currently 78% leased.
