According to the Hartford Business Journal, Health Wealth Capital, operating as Health Wealth Fund One Series 1 LLC, purchased a 4,662-square-foot medical office building at 76 Stony Hill Road in Bethel for $1.69 million from 76 Stony Hill LLC. The two-story property, built in 1976 and situated on a 0.35-acre parcel, sold for more than $1 million above its appraised value of $635,200.
