According to the Hartford Business Journal, MAGD Realty LLC acquired two three-story buildings at 158 and 200 Main Street in Ansonia for $9.15 million in an off-market transaction. The properties, totaling 37,284 square feet, were recently converted from office use into 44 apartment units.
