According to the Providence Business News, The Haversham property at 336 Post Road in Westerly sold for $4.5 million, making it the largest commercial real estate transaction in Washington County in 2025 and the second-highest statewide. The 14-acre site includes two buildings totaling 16,500 square feet: The Haversham House, a wedding venue, and The Haversham Tavern.
