According to the Hartford Business Journal, Rocky Hill RSK LLC and 100 Laura LLC acquired two properties in Rocky Hill for a combined $7.8 million. The larger transaction involved a 4.45-acre site at 100-200 Laura Lane, featuring two brick apartment buildings totaling 44,136 square feet and 41 units, built in 1969 and 1972. The second property at 748-750 Old Main Street includes a 25,128-square-foot office building and a 520-square-foot converted house on 1.5 acres.
