According to the Hartford Business Journal, Walmart acquired a 165,000-square-foot shopping center in Norwalk for $44.5 million. The transaction includes two adjoining parcels at 650-654 Main Avenue and 644 Main Avenue, anchored by a 118,630-square-foot Walmart and supported by tenants such as Ulta, Aspen Dental, Just Salad, Panera, and Qdoba. The property, previously owned by MG 650 MAIN LLC and last sold for $27 million in 2004.
