According to the Hartford Business Journal, Hartford Catholic School Project Inc. acquired a 29,792-square-foot brick office building at 765 Asylum Avenue for $1.5 million from WH Post Realty LLC. The three-story structure sits on a half-acre parcel adjacent to the Cathedral of St. Joseph.
