According to the Hartford Business Journal, 24 Danbury Road LLC acquired a three-story, 24,000-square-foot retail building at 24 Danbury Road in Wilton for $2.75 million. The property, built in 1968 and situated on a prime commercial corridor, was previously owned by Better Environments LLC, which purchased it for $1.3 million in 2003.
