According to the Hartford Business Journal, 137 Ad Astra LLC acquired an 11-unit, four-story office building at 137 Rowayton Avenue in Norwalk for $7.3 million. The 18,700-square-foot property, built in 1969 and situated on a parcel recorded in city land records, was previously owned by TA2 Rowayton LLC, which purchased it for $7.76 million in 2005.
