According to the Hartford Business Journal, Calito Development sold a newly constructed 12,424-square-foot Caliber Collision auto body shop at 1300 South Main Street in Southington for $4.92 million. The 4-acre parcel was originally purchased for $599,900 in April 2024 and was developed specifically for a triple-net lease to Caliber Collision.
