According to the Hartford Business Journal, the United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut leased 10,000 square feet on the 17th floor of the Hartford Steam Boiler tower at One State Street after selling its former 33,000-square-foot headquarters at 30 Laurel Street for $1.5 million.
