According to the Hartford Business Journal, Two Corners LLC received approval from New Canaan’s Planning and Zoning Commission to redevelop two three-story office buildings into a mixed-use hotel and retail complex. The properties, located at 39 Locust Avenue and an adjacent parcel, were purchased for $8.7 million.
