According to the Hartford Business Journal, Southport Village Properties LLC purchased a 5,818-square-foot retail building at 325-329 Pequot Avenue in Fairfield’s Southport neighborhood from Wishbone Properties LLC for $2.66 million. The one-story structure, built in 1929, includes a 2,909-square-foot retail area and sits on a parcel appraised at $1.5 million and assessed at $1.05 million in 2023.
