According to the Hartford Business Journal, Borghesi Building & Engineering submitted an application to construct a 9,000-square-foot contractor storage facility at 1533 New Britain Avenue in Farmington. The project, located on a 1.76-acre parcel owned by Barnes Property Development LLC, would sit beside an existing 4,520-square-foot office building.
