According to the Hartford Business Journal, Marshall Enterprises LLC sold a 3,600‑square‑foot warehouse at 1275 Highland Avenue in Cheshire for $1.5 million to The Quaker Corp. The property, built 53 years ago, sits on 3.65 acres and was part of a series of recent divestments by Marshall Enterprises.
