According to the Providence Business News, a 45,000‑square‑foot nursing home property at 544 Pleasant Street in Pawtucket has been sold for $15.27 million. The two‑story facility, situated on 1.2 acres, is operated by AdviniaCare Pawtucket, part of Pointe Group Care LLC. The property was purchased by Pawtucket RI Property Holdings LLC, affiliated with Cascade Capital Group, from Oak Hill Realty Associates, which had acquired it in 2017 for $6.35 million.
