According to the Hartford Business Journal, a long-delayed retail project near Evergreen Walk in South Windsor is moving forward after being stalled since 2020. The 32-acre site at 274 Buckland Road and Gateway Boulevard, originally approved for two office buildings and a 38,880-square-foot retail component, will now feature four retail buildings of 9,560 square feet each, totaling 38,240 square feet.
