
According to the Hartford Business Journal, a state bonding package totaling $3 billion is set to allocate over $31 million for Hartford development initiatives. Approximately $17.5 million will be directed through the Capital Region Development Authority for economic projects, while another $13.75 million is earmarked for community development under recommendations from the Community Investment Fund 2030 Board.
