According to the Hartford Business Journal, a one-story industrial building at 45B Miry Brook Road in Danbury sold for $4.48 million. The 18,627-square-foot property, situated on 2.18 acres near Danbury Municipal Airport, was purchased by Little Nest LLC from 45B Miry Brook Road LLC.
