According to the Hartford Business Journal, Y Access Transport LLC, an entity of Yale New Haven Health, purchased the 19,914‑square‑foot building at 155 Research Drive in Stratford for $2.9 million. The seller, 279 Noble Ave LLC, had acquired the one‑story property in 2012 for $1 million before transferring it as part of Yale New Haven Health’s broader acquisition of Nelson Ambulance Service.
