According to the Hartford Business Journal, 350 Bostwick Avenue LLC is set to acquire the 29,395‑square‑foot industrial building at 430 Bostwick Ave. in Bridgeport for $2.3 million once Connecticut’s Transfer Act expires in March.The 1.86‑acre site, built in 1974 and appraised at $2.99 million, will include a leaseback of roughly 15,000 square feet to the seller’s printing operation, allowing that business to remain on‑site without relocating.
