According to the Hartford Business Journal, Aurora Ventures has purchased the 15,102‑square‑foot manufacturing building at 600 Pepper St. in Monroe for $1.68 million. The seller, 600 Pepper Street LLC, is tied to Provence Land Company LLC. The structure, built in 1981 and formerly occupied by Mikron Corp., sits on 4.9 acres and carried a 2024 appraisal of $1.23 million.
