The portfolio included a 42,120‑square‑foot building at 2 Riverview Drive sold for $24 million, a 58,446‑square‑foot facility at 40 Old Ridgebury Road sold for $23.9 million, and a 19,209‑square‑foot property at 228 White St. sold for $10.6 million. In Newtown, the buyers, Remedy Medical Properties and Kayne Andersen Real Estate, acquired 26,442‑square‑foot and 30,606‑square‑foot buildings at 164 and 170 Mount Pleasant Road.
