According to the Hartford Business Journal, Kubtec completed a $3.7 million acquisition of the building at 75 Merritt Blvd. in Trumbull as part of its relocation from Stratford. The 112,544‑square‑foot facility sits on 5 acres within Trumbull Corporate Park and will be converted to support production, assembly, and quality‑control operations. The buyer, Merritt 245 LLC, is moving more than 40 employees to the site and has indicated plans to expand its workforce over time.
