According to the Hartford Business Journal, Merritt 7 Owner LLC purchased four office buildings at 301–601 Merritt 7 in Norwalk for $58.5 million, acquiring a combined 945,000 square feet of space within the Merritt 7 Corporate Park. The seller, Merritt 7 Venture LLC, transferred the seven‑story properties, which together hold an appraised value of $148.5 million and an assessed value of $103.9 million.
