According to the Hartford Business Journal, Ivy 80 Field Point Property LLC purchased the 30,777‑square‑foot office building at 80 Field Point Road in Greenwich for $23.1 million. The Class A property, situated on a 0.74‑acre parcel and built in 1978, is fully leased to multiple commercial tenants and will continue operating as an office asset under the new ownership. The seller, Mannheim Field Point LLC, transferred a building that carries an appraised value of $49.8 million.
