According to the Hartford Business Journal, Greene Rubber Co. completed a $3.85 million acquisition of three commercial buildings at 226, 230, and 238 Norwich Road in Plainfield to support a long‑term manufacturing contract. The purchase includes a 30,299‑square‑foot campus situated on 34 acres, previously operated as an auto dealership before being redeveloped for industrial use.
