The building, constructed in 1976 on a 1.2‑acre parcel, had been owned by Chikeray Realty LLC, which originally acquired the property in 2008 for $600,000 . The buyer, an affiliate of a Massachusetts‑based decorative stone and brick supplier, intends to occupy the facility for its operations.
