The 24.9‑acre property was sold by the Nadeau Family 712 Bread and Milk Street Property Trust and includes a 24,816‑square‑foot office and warehouse building, a 14,520‑square‑foot warehouse, a 4,800‑square‑foot warehouse, and a 1,296‑square‑foot residential unit.
