The four‑building assemblage spans 21.8 acres, including two attached structures at 44 and 46 Shelter Rock Road built in 1949 on 8.74 acres, with individual buildings measuring 24,124, 32,284, 42,884, and 11,360 square feet. The purchase also includes a 13.1‑acre parcel at 48 Shelter Rock Road, previously owned by Great American Insurance Co., which had held the property since 1996.
