According to the Hartford Business Journal, Windsor officials are reviewing multiple proposals that would convert dormant commercial properties into housing, including office buildings, hotels, and a former convent at 65 Bloomfield Ave. The buildings, roughly 45 years old and currently owned by Sachem Capital Corp., were taken back through foreclosure after being purchased in 2022 by two LLCs.
