According to the Hartford Business Journal, Mystic Aquarium purchased the 44,400‑square‑foot office building at 23 Clara Drive in Stonington for $6.1 million , acquiring the 6.39‑acre property from ROXRIV Realty Associates LLC . The structure, built nearly five decades ago, had previously been part of a larger $10 million transaction that also included a separate commercial building on Coogan Boulevard.
