The investment group had already acquired an initial interest in 2024 and has since completed extensive upgrades to common areas, added a penthouse lounge, and planned a ground‑floor restaurant. Occupancy has climbed from roughly 40% to about 89%, with leases in place that could bring it to 95% by year‑end.
