
According to the Hartford Business Journal, Water Street Properties has taken full ownership of the 261,465‑square‑foot, nine‑story office tower at 545 Long Wharf Drive by purchasing the remaining stake from the Knights of Columbus for $14 million . The investment group had already acquired an initial interest in 2024 and has since completed extensive upgrades to common areas, added a penthouse lounge, and planned a ground‑floor restaurant. Occupancy has climbed from roughly 40% to about 89%, with leases in place that could bring it to 95% by year‑end.
