According to the Hartford Business Journal, 75 Express CT LLC has purchased the 30,320‑square‑foot office building at 16–18 Trowbridge Drive in Bethel for $2.5 million. The property, built in 1997, includes a two‑story 4,976‑square‑foot structure and a one‑story 25,344‑square‑foot office section on a 5‑acre site appraised at $2.1 million and assessed at $1.47 million. The sellers, Cooperative Educational Services and EdAdvance, had acquired the building for $1.9 million in 2021.
