According to the Hartford Business Journal, Chippen’s Hill Office Park LLC has applied to rezone the 3.28‑acre property at 625 Clark Ave. in Bristol to allow multifamily housing. The plan would convert the existing 6,092‑square‑foot vacant medical office building into residential units and add additional housing behind the structure.
