According to the Hartford Business Journal, KCCT Lordship LLC has purchased the 52,830‑square‑foot flex‑industrial building at 555 Lordship Blvd. in Stratford for $4 million . The 3.21‑acre property, built in 1982, is roughly 65% leased and was previously owned by 1608 Development LTD Partnership, which had held it since 1994.
