According to the Hartford Business Journal, Center Ct Holdings LLC has purchased the 2,985‑square‑foot medical office building at 1472 Boston Post Road in Darien for $2.5 million . The 0.2‑acre property, built in 2000, was sold by SS Realty of CT LLC, which had owned it since 2016.
