According to the Hartford Business Journal, a 47‑acre office campus at 470–488 Wheelers Farm Road in Milford is headed to final review for a large mixed‑use redevelopment that would include 512 housing units. The site currently contains two office buildings totaling about 122,000 square feet, which would remain as part of a phased redevelopment that adds seven four‑story apartment buildings and a separate 150‑unit age‑restricted residential building. The proposal includes 1,535 parking spaces, affordable housing components, and new open‑space amenities, and is being advanced by Wheelers Farm Partners LLC, Greenview Equities LLC, and Wheelers Farm Developers LLC.
