According to the Hartford Business Journal, a New York–based electrical contractor expanded into Connecticut with the $1.43 million purchase of a two‑story commercial building at 18 Beech St. in Greenwich. The 7,388‑square‑foot property was acquired by Eighteen Beech Properties LLC, an entity affiliated with JBG Electrical Corp., based on town land records.
