
According to the Hartford Business Journal, a New York–based developer acquired the 36.9‑acre Superior Business Park at 383 Middle St. in Bristol for $7.5 million and has begun marketing the property for lease. The site, now rebranded as Bristol Business Park by Routine Properties, includes four industrial buildings totaling approximately 410,699 square feet, with ESPN remaining as a partial tenant. The property was sold by Bristol Sports Center DST and was appraised in 2025 at $25.4 million. Sentry Commercial is marketing up to 223,250 square feet of available industrial space, with improvements planned to expand loading capacity and enhance functionality for manufacturing and distribution users.
