According to the Hartford Business Journal, two industrial buildings at 275 Warren St. in Bridgeport sold for $4 million based on city assessor records. The 1.45-acre property includes a 31,037-square-foot building constructed in 1900 and a 67,748-square-foot building built in 1920, both of which were vacant at the time of sale. The buyer was 275 Warren St. LLC, an entity controlled by NGR Consulting LLC, while the seller was First Macadams LLC
